Parabricks is online at ASGC Cloud
In collaboration with NVIDIA, GPU accelerated genomic analysis tools Parabrick from NVIDIA are available for AS research teams.
Since the GPU resource is somewhat tight, please contact felix@twgrid.org to request Parabricks instance at this moment.
WLCG resource is open for COVID-19 related researches.
WLCG welcomes research groups around the world using the global distributed cloud resources for COVID-19 studies.
As one of the WLCG Tier-1 center, ASGC will support the research groups in Taiwan to take advantage of WLCG resources to combat COVID-19.
